Services

Five things we do, in the order they belong.

These are not a menu. Each one is a stage of the same plan, delivered by people who can see the same record and are working to the same written goals. Buying them separately from five different providers is exactly the problem we exist to fix.

How they fit together

The order matters more than the list.

Almost every family who arrives with a problem has already bought two or three of these services. What they have rarely bought is the sequence — assess before planning, plan before building, build before transferring, transfer before stepping back.

Skipping Transfer is the most expensive mistake in this sector. It is the stage where a skill moves out of the therapy room and into the classroom, and it is the reason so many programmes run for years without ever ending.

So we sell the sequence, not the components. The one exception is the assessment, which is deliberately standalone.

One plan

Every practitioner works from the same page

Goals in plain English, intensity, settings, projected timeline and review dates. You should never have to brief a new person yourself.

One record

And you own it

Session data, reports, reviews and decisions in one file you can read any time and export free, including on the day you leave.

One fee

That is designed to fall

Per stage, not per practitioner. Step Back costs less than the stages before it, and that is the design rather than a discount.

How we're built

Four rules that cost us money, on purpose.

Rule 01

We don't diagnose our own clients.

Formal diagnosis stays with independent clinicians we neither own nor pay.

Rule 02

Nobody is paid on recommended hours.

Assessors are salaried, and any recommendation above a set intensity needs a second signature from someone with no commercial role.

Rule 03

Every plan names other providers.

Including our competitors, where they are the better fit for your child.

Rule 04

We publish how often we say no.

The annual share of assessed children who did not become clients. No referral fees move in either direction.

Where this starts

Tell us what you've noticed.

Twenty minutes on the phone with someone who does this every day. No assessment, no cost, and no obligation to become a client at the end of it.

If we're not the right people, we'll tell you who is. That includes naming providers we don't own, and it costs you nothing either way.
