Learning support assistants
Shadow teachers and LSAs working in mainstream classrooms across the UAE, under clinical supervision.
- Experience supporting a child with additional needs in a school
- Comfortable being observed and coached
- Willing to work yourself out of a placement
Stage 03 · Build
Therapists and clinicians
Speech and language, occupational and behavioural practitioners delivering against written plans.
- Licensed to practise in the UAE, or eligible
- Data-literate — you take data because it changes decisions
- Happy to write for parents rather than for a file
Academic support
Tutors
Subject and structured-literacy tutors working to the same goals as the rest of the plan.
- Strong in one curriculum — British, American, IB or MoE
- Structured literacy or numeracy training is a real advantage
- Able to say when tutoring is not what a child needs
Oversight
Clinical supervisors
Owning quality across a caseload, supervising practitioners and signing off plans.
- Senior clinical experience and a supervisory qualification
- Prepared to send a recommendation back
- Comfortable with published outcome measures
Coordination
Family Leads
The named person a family messages, and the one answerable when something isn't working.
- Background in SEN coordination, case management or education
- Unusually good at writing short, clear updates
- Will chase a school for three weeks without being asked twice
Independent
Reviewers
Second-signature roles with no commercial exposure, checking recommendations before they reach a family.
- Senior clinical or educational background
- No interest in, or exposure to, our revenue
- Part-time and contracted, by design
