An agency places a person. We deliver a stage.

A written review for your SENCO
Termly, in the format your inspection file needs — targets, data against them, what changed and what we are recommending next. Not a verbal update in a corridor.
Training for the people who stay
The class teacher, the TA and the SENCO are trained on the strategies while our LSA is still in the room. The point is that the support survives our departure.
A handover plan, agreed up front
Before the first day we write down what has to be true for our hours to reduce, and who picks up what. Nobody negotiates an exit under pressure at the end of a summer term.
One named contact
The family's Family Lead is also your point of contact, so the school and the parents are working from the same record rather than two half-versions of it.
No fee moves in either direction.
We do not pay schools for referrals and we do not accept payment for sending families anywhere. If your SENCO points a parent to us, it is because they judged it useful, and nothing about that judgement is bought.
Where another provider is the better fit, we tell the family and we tell you, by name. Some of those names are our competitors.
