For families

You've noticed something. That's enough to start.

You do not need a diagnosis, a referral letter or a folder of reports to talk to us. Most families arrive with a worry and a few examples. Tell us what you have seen and we will tell you what we would do first, and whether that is us.

The first month

What actually happens, in order.

No part of this requires you to commit to a programme, and you can stop after any step.

01

A twenty-minute call

You describe what you have noticed. We ask questions and, at the end, tell you plainly whether an assessment would help, whether to see a clinician first, or whether to simply keep watching for now.

What it costs Nothing, and there is no assessment inside it.
02

A functional needs assessment

We observe your child at home and at school, talk to the people around them, and write up what they can already do, what gets in the way, and what the school can realistically deliver. Two to three weeks.

What it costs A fixed fee, quoted before we start. It is sold on its own — you are not buying a programme by buying this.
03

Your Independence Plan

One page, written for you. Goals in plain English, the intensity behind each, the settings, a projected timeline and the review dates. It names other providers where they are the better fit — including ones we do not own.

What it costs Included with the assessment. Yours to take anywhere.
04

You decide

Start the programme with us, take the plan to another provider, or do nothing for now. All three are ordinary outcomes and none of them changes how the plan was written.

What it costs Nothing further unless you start a programme.
Your Family Lead

One person, by name, who answers to you.

From the first day you have a named Family Lead. They are the person you message, the person who chases the school, the person who briefs the new therapist so you do not have to, and the person answerable when something is not working.

They reply within one working day. If they are away, they hand over to a named colleague and tell you who, rather than leaving you to find out.

Behind them, your child's file holds the whole history — so a change of practitioner never means starting the story again.

What you will not get from us

  • A claim that we can fix or cure your child's condition
  • A diagnosis written by the same company selling the treatment
  • A recommendation from someone paid more for recommending more
  • An invoice that grows quietly, year after year

Where we work

All seven emirates. Support happens in your child's real settings — school, home and clinic — because a skill that only appears in a therapy room is not yet a skill.

Questions parents actually ask

Straight answers.

My child doesn't have a diagnosis. Is that a problem?

No. Our assessment is functional — it looks at what your child does and what gets in the way, which does not require a label. If a formal diagnosis would help, we will say so and name independent clinicians. We do not diagnose our own clients.

We already have a therapist we like. Do we have to leave them?

No. If someone in your child's life is working, the plan keeps them and works around them. Replacing a good relationship for the sake of a tidier contract would be a bad trade for your child.

How long does this take?

The plan projects it and the reviews test it. What we will not do is quote you a timeline before we have met your child, or leave a stage open with no agreed condition for closing it.

What if we want to stop?

You can leave at the end of any month with no notice penalty, and we export your complete file free to whoever you name.

Where this starts

Tell us what you've noticed.

Twenty minutes on the phone with someone who does this every day. No assessment, no cost, and no obligation to become a client at the end of it.

If we're not the right people, we'll tell you who is. That includes naming providers we don't own, and it costs you nothing either way.
